It is very rare that I will put more than one photo per day in my PESO gallery. The first one that I put up this morning was more of a personal photo, though as with this one it was intended to show off my relatively new 7-14mm f/2.8 Pro lens.
In this case we can see a swimmer caught in mid stroke in Towradgi beach rock pool, and also caught between the brightness of the sun rising to the north (left), and some dark rain clouds (which did, annoyingly, generate some rain later) to the south.
The seas aren't exactly turbulent, but there are plenty of waves breaking which is why we have a splash of water crossing the concrete in front of the smaller pool in front.
Granted, given the width of this shot we can't really see the swimmer clearly, but the shot is not really about the swimmer as such regardless of the title. It's more about capturing the width of the pool and the concrete that surrounds it. You aren't alone here, but there is plenty of space for you.
Whether there will be when summer really gets going and people start flocking to the beaches and the pools; well, that may be a different story. But for now, this is the vibe of this place.
