I know another photographer who loves to take photos of scaffolding. He has entire galleries of photos of scaffolding. I can understand the appeal.
It's just a pain in the backside when it's been your first opportunity to see the Queen Elizabeth Tower (incorrectly but frequently called Big Ben) and it's trapped behind layers of scaffolding and fabric.
The overcast light didn't help any, either.
So we have seen "Big Ben"; except that we haven't actually seen it.
I'll have to see whether it is possible for there to be a next time.
