This wasn't the first "No Entry" sign that I saw in Firenze which had been modified by a silhouette of a man "carrying" the bar as a plank. I don't know who came up with them, but it was quite clever.
What caught my eye is that there is another if not crooked, certainly tilted man in the pedestrian crossing light. I'm not sure what that's meant to signify; only cross the Via Ghibellina if you're drunk and need to get to the farmacia (denoted by the green cross)?
The pharmacy, incidentally, is Farmacia Selva at Via Ghibellina, 87/red, which is on the intersection with Via Giuseppe Verdi. It's open 12 hours per day Monday to Friday (08:00 to 20:00), 09:00 to 18:00 on Saturday, and if you have a headache on Sunday you need to find somewhere else.
