I was in a bit of a quandary with this one. On the one hand what drew me to the shot in the first place was both the variegated green tones of the ivy-coloured wall (typical there but far less common in Australia) and the warm light against the cool morning.

However in the one shot, they were knocking each other about a bit, competing for attention.

As I gave the ivy a good run in the previous shot (and will do so again in the next one) I decided to give this one to the doorway, and drop the ivy back into a monochromatic supporting role.
