One final shot of the tower, and the adjoining Palazzo Pubblico (town hall). Actually I do have one other as well taken from further back, but the 9-18 is a little more prone to lens flare than the higher grade lenses that form my usual armoury. And I wasn't compensating enough for that.

No matter, this one looks straight up at the brickwork. It's hard to believe the age of this thing.
