Piazza Del Duomo, Pisa,Toscana (Pisa, Tuscany)

Hey, at least I didn't do the cliché of trying to hold it up. Pretty much everybody else there was, though.

In my case, I couldn't help having a little bit of fun with the toy fisheye lens. If that was the actual angle of the tower, I'm glad that I was not around the other side.

This was one of the shots that I managed to grab during our whopping 60 minutes or so in Pisa. There didn't SEEM to be that much to see in Pisa beyond the leaning Tower (and, if you're so inclined, the Cathedral, baptistery and graveyard), though I've revised that notion in response to comments that have been left on my PBase gallery, and subsequent research.

Of course, when you're on a coach tour you are always on the clock.

Lots to see in Pisa - walking along the Arno is delightful as are the botanical gardens, amongst the oldest in Italy.

I would have loved to see that selfie. The fisheye makes it seem even more impressive. Great composition. V

:) Good one for the fisheye. And yes, I'm thankful you didn't take an SP of yourself holding the tower up with one hand. LOL

And apparently for just a hint of the price you catch a local bus to there and see just as much...according to a budget holiday planner I once met. Though thankfully she never stinted on travel insurance which was a good thing when she fell in a hole in Egypt and severely fractured an ankle :(
I would enjoy the cemetery and church equally

Great POV! The fisheye creates an interesting effect. V
