  The title is with apologies to Paul Robeson and others, and certainly the crane on this barge does not seem to be lifting a bale so much as a lump of waterlogged wood. Nonetheless it's not a site that you see every day for clearly this crane with its wheels and tyres was not intended for maritime work.
Still, it makes for a slightly different subject for my daily PAD.
