Imagine me standing there with a slightly puzzled look on my face, head tilted one way, then slowly back the other.

Maybe I'm looking at this from the wrong angle, but to me this sculpture looks kinda angry rather than welcoming.

As a work of art I like the sharp, serrated, primitive edges of it, but I'm not sure I could live with it. I'd be having constant flashbacks to the Buffy The Vampire Slayer episode Dead Man's Party. (Which I grant you is a very geekish reference, but if you aren't familiar with Whedon's writing then you simply haven't lived.)
