In a somewhat obscure corner of Kingsford Smith Airport, up a flight of stairs, you'll find an exhibit of Qantas history. This includes cutaways of a Rolls Royce Merlin engine (no, Qantas didn't fly Spitfires but it was used in Lancastrians (derived from Lancaster bombers) for a time), old uniforms of the flight crew, some cockpit instruments of yore and so on.
Look up, and you'll see a collection of unpainted model aircraft that Qantas either flew, or might have. (Qantas never operated the Concorde, but I believe that the possibility was discussed at one point.)
