The Sydney ferry Charlotte, named after the First Fleet ship of the same name, takes a breather while she drops off and picks up some passengers at Pyrmont Bay Wharf on her inner harbour runs.
Some mothers put their daughters out to work far too early in life. (That's an in-joke for one viewer of this image, don't worry that you won't get it...)

Edit September 2023: That was a reference to a friend who was then pregnant with her daughter Charlotte, who would be born 3 months after this shot. She is now in high school. Yup, THAT long. Charlotte the ferry is still working; a youthful 24 when this shot was taken, she's now 38.
