This once-upon-a-time-happening complex across the street from the Acostas incorporated school, a church, residential area for students and, as evidenced from this picture, a space observatory (on top of the left tower). My unexpected tour of the building was in Spanish and that’s as much as I could get out of it ;-)! Times shown on the clock tower are both incorrect ;-)!
