The first thing that one cant help but notice in Vietnam is the number of motorcycles on the road - there are millions of them in the country! The second thing would be that the road rules that dont exist. Then comes a shocking realization that traffic lights, in reality, are mere street adornments. This is a typical intersection in downtown Hanoi where everybody was going in every direction. Fascinating, but scary!
