Northern Waterthrush

Botanical Garden, Quito

This bird confuses me a bit. The throat is virtually unstreaked and the supercilium is broader behind the eye. It looks slightly less streaked below compared to Northern Waterthrush. The rear flank is buff and also the vent. Features supporting Louisiana Waterthrush. However, the legs doesn't look too pink and I have a hard time judging the size of the bill. I have a short video showing a circular motion of the tail which would also suggest Louisiana... Comments?
