About Pyro, Mary ... yes, it can be dangerous if not treated with respect. Mainly, the danger is when the chemical is in crystalline powder form. I use premixed liquids, which I then combine via syringes (without needles) using only 6ml and 12ml (A+B) in 600ml distilled water. So, with my extraction fan on, long yellow gloves, safety glasses and due care, I think I'm OK. By the way, pyro was one of the ingredients in hair dyes many decades ago. Which explains, perhaps, why hairdressers 'developed' a crush on their clients ... ;-)

Blimey Colin. Just looked up Pyro... It seems you like living dangerously, but with these results, well worth it. (Just a shame you have to get agitated every 15 seconds!)
