Still playing with the pre-coated store-bought cyanotype paper.
Took a typical blue (cyan) developed print and bleached it back to
about 10% visible, then after a good wash, 10 minutes soak in
the (strained) water from 5 black tea bags in 2 cups of distilled water.
Maybe it should have been pulled at 7 minutes, but it seemed to be
still a bit patchy taking up the tea stain. So, I’d go with maybe
3 tea bags of (steeped) black tea next time, and look at 10 mins.
My bigger issue is that the paper starts to get ratty after what
amounts to at least 30 minutes in water. It marks up, and the
corners are very fragile. Live and learn with “Insta-paper”.
