Oak Study (Proof) Ziatype

Mt.Pleasant SC

'Drying down' the print - image size 10x8 (25x20cm)
(Contact Print) - Ziatype on Bergger 320 Cot.
Sensitizer 15-1-15-.25

I feel this subject does not truly lend itself to a small print such
as 10x8 (a lot of detail here) - it looks much better at 20x16 and up.
(Blue cast from open window and blue sky ...oops. The paper is actually white.)

Not losing sleep over how you did it, Colin.
Just enjoying the view.
Salut.

I don't know the procedé but it seems to be a lot of fun , when you have a lot of time...because I assume that the original negative is not that size....internegatives...a lot of work.
But I like the idea to brush his own light-sensitive paper.

Nice test. V

You must be left handed. The strength of the spread is to the left mainly.
Interesting how much care must be placed into the brushing and dropping the chemistry.
Indeed 8x10 is like albumen standard size.

I feel like I am standing there observing you work and it is very very good to do so. ~V~
