Frog legs are also very popular in Indonesia and not only in France. There are different ways to enjoy frog legs. Fried frog legs in butter with Indonesianized "English Sauce" (if there is such a thing) is my favorite. "Kecap Inggris" as it is called there or "English Sauce" is basically a copy of Worcester sauce but modified and adjusted for the Indonesian taste, resulting in sweeter and less "biting" taste than the original.
