I have to agree with Pauline, that i liked the other one as well. it really conveyed the sense of loneliness.

Lovely image, Pam. I do like this cropped version a little better than the other one. I wouldn't change it any more. I agree with Ruth - I like the foreground as you have it now. Very nice lines and color, and a good choice of subject.

I love this just as it is, foreground and all. The foreground provides balance to the rest of the scene. .

I think there is still too much foreground. Try a crop at just below the trunk, so that the earth goes away about 1/3 from the right. A stunning image regardless
