Nice use of space. The sun on the far right "fills" and the two birds fill the right half well. I think I would have stopped down to f16-f22 to get a shutter speed of 1/2 second or even use a ND filter to get to 2-5 seconds. That would have left the texture in the foreground waves without having detail.
