“Come è in alto, così è in basso”: le parole di Ermete Trismegisto sono il tema dominante della intera gallery, al di là del raro fenomeno dell’arco circumzenitale e delle singolari particolarità di questa architettura romana.
La visione dal basso trasforma le facciate dei palazzi nelle pareti di profondi pozzi dal fondo circolare, delineato dagli archi dei cornicioni. La realtà si capovolge: ciò che è in alto sta in basso, e il cielo diventa un lago di acqua blu su cui l'arcobaleno galleggia fino a scomparire.
Chi guarda queste fotografie non guarda verso l’alto, ma si affaccia su un profondo vuoto che sembra attrarlo e risucchiarlo nella sua vertigine.

Magnifique combinaison de l'architecture si particulière du lieu avec un phénomène atmosphérique rare. Et quelle originale présentation. Une fenêtre ouverte sur le ciel. Et qu'il est agréable de parcourir jour et nuit cette belle ville où il fait bon vivre.

C'est le ciel qui ressemble aux contours d'un fort du 18eme siecle, et ce sont les batiments qui en forme l'exterieur. Une vision unique. Bravo.

The rainbow is cool but its not what strikes me about this gallery. I really like how the tops of the buildings, seperated by the sky look like puzzle pieces! If you organized these photos into a cube I think the abstract outcome would be amazing, maybe even worthy of being in a museaum of modern art ;) hehe... looks like you are using your new camera alot, keep up the awesome work!

I love those unusual perspectives! Makes you look at things completely different! Was this around the 10 mm side of the lens ? Did you use a program to postproces at this wide view?
