Evil eye

Arab and Druse houses in our area, are often painted in
blue. The citizens are regarding this color as deterrent
of the "evil eye"...

This is so well done. I agree about the light. Interesting that this culture also has the idea of blue entrances keeping out evil spirits. You see blue-painted doors and window openings in Mexico and New Mexico.
