I don't know what the correct term for this pastime is, but these people are a total nuisance, probably even worse than Jet Skiers. Suspended from a "sail" they have a propeller driven by an extremely noisy petrol engine strapped to their backs and find great amusement in flying low over nature reserves and disturbing the roosting birds. Hand me the gun again, please!
