On 6 September I took a boat and bus tour from Inverness which took me on the Caledonian Canal (through a Lock) and then on to Loch Ness where I got a glimpse of Nessie (but nobody believes me). The boat trip ends at the spectacular setting of the Urquhart Castle ruins. A beautiful rainbow added to the joy of that journey.
