On the one hand this is a most disturbing, if colourful, sight.
On the other I think this guy has the art of marketing NAILED. It's all about somehow making yourself stand out from the crowd and get yourself noticed by the punters so that they approach you and look at your wares. And he does that alright. Ho boy he certainly does that.
