21-08-04 Gilbertville Bridge

The Gilbertville Bridge -- aka Ware - Hardwick CB -- is located on Bridge Street, just off Rt. 32 in Ware MA. It spans the Ware river. As of September 2005, it's closed to vehicular traffic.

Update -- bridge was renovated and reopened to traffic in the fall of 2010.

The bridge you label as Gilbertville is now open to traffic 2010oct14 after 8+ years.
I found this info from Worcester, MA newspaper "Telegram" online 2010oct16.
Hardwick-Ware covered bridge reopened (2010oct14) after 8+ years.
The newspaper calls it Hardwick bridge, Gilbertville being a village in Hardwick.
