These are the "early" casting 46mm IDA WEBER carburetors used on the 906 engine. Acquired from Dan Grosman, Arizona.

The "early" castings have a "vent-screen" instead of a "vent-tube" for venting the fuel bowls. You can also differentiate between the two castings by looking for the logo on the side of the carburetors (take a look at the photos below). Bernie Buschen will be implementing his "track-tested" performance modifications to insure "peak-power" by the carburetors.
