Isaiah was all smiles today. Little did he know that he was going to the doctor to be tortured! Just kidding! It's hard to catch the smiles on camera b/c my camera flashes 4 times before actually taking the picture. By that time, poor Isaiah has usually stopped smiling b/c he is seeing spots!
