This is a perspective shot of Taughannock Falls intended to give a sense of scale to the viewer. If you follow the bridge over the creek to the right, it widens to a concrete viewing platform. At the front of this platform, you can just make out the forms of 3 people standing before these mighty falls. Their wee appearance should give one an understanding of the depth of this gorge!
