Brad Lukowich bolsters a blueline which recently lost the likes of Adrian Aucoin, Kenny Jonsson, and Roman Hamrlik. But what Brad brings to the Isles' blueline is two Stanley Cup rings....one with Dallas and the most recent cup-winning Tampa Bay Lightning. That experience earned this first-season Islander an Alternate Captaincy from Coach Steve Stirling right out of the gate. Brad has brought incredible shot-blocking and penalty killing skills to the team, along with a gritty savvy that takes no gruff from the competition on any given shift.
