I was out on the pier at Higgs Beach in Key West with only my 18-70mm zoom landscape lens when I heard the unmistakable whistling cries of an osprey near the shore. I was amazed to see the finest fisherman of all smack down into the very surf that countless beach goers were swimming in and rise up with a meal for its eaglets back at it's naval yard nest.
