This particular bird is the first sighting of this type in the United States. It was first sighted kast month in a backyard about two miles from my house in deep South Texas. I went over tonight about 7:30 and the bird starting singing about a quarter to eight and showed himself at eight. The light was bad and I pushed the ISO to 800 and used a tripod. The song was better than my photo. Thank you for your comment.
