What you can't see is that this guy was dressed like a Mormon on a mission. Yup, complete with tie,
back pack, Book of Mormon and a bike. The camera he is holding is just out of sight, but you can
definitely see the subject of his focus.

Apparently he never heard the saying about how "15 will get you 20"... cuz those girls were young!
Then again, that could be in keeping with his whole Mormon themed costume.
