Actually, I was shooting kite surfing that dayhttp://www.pbase.com/31south/kite_surfing and fortunately took a look down the beach. There was no need to hold my breath, the woman in the photo had already taken it away.

Nice! You just happen to have a 300mm lock and loaded with you that day. It was the lens that made you do it. How long did you hold your breath? I just reviewed your cameras specs. 'Soft-touch shutter release button' Good Shot!
