This gallery consists of pictures of the Whatsis Challenge, an ongoing competition between my son-in-law and myself. In this friendly competition, we take turns tantilizing each other with photographs of an object located within the city limits of Philadelphia. The challenger provides the photograph of the monument, sculpture, building, whatever and the challenged must locate the object using whatever means necessary, photograph the object himself and e-mail said pictures back to the challenger as proof of discovery. We can ask yes or no questions of each other through e-mails to try to narrow the search parameters but exact location questions are frowned upon. Sometimes clues are given and we each use our evil minions to assist in finding the object. Through internet research, we each have learned a lot of extraneous information along the way. Gives us a reason to look for new photographic subjects as we drive along also. I would like to thank Stephen for coming up with this fun and interesting method of torture. Recently my son, Wayne, has jumped into the Whatsis Challenge with both feet.
