I submitted this to Stephen immediately after solving #3 and he was sending me back pictures as proof of discovery after about a week. Methinks that my daughter helped clue him in on the location since she passed this house several times while attending Pharmacy school in West Philadelphia. The mural painted on this house is really a sight to behold.
