The Dutch pancake is more an oversized 1/4" thick crepe than a typical American pancake. They are huge and come with any topping you wish. My Dutch pancake here had peaches, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and plenty of powdered sugar....outstanding. You really have to taste it for yourself to appreciate it.
