Gorgeous, Scott. The light and warm tones/colors are beautiful, as is the DoF. I prefer the richness in color, but it looks wonderful in mono as well.

Gorgeous photo, Scott. Looks like it has been drinking the watersw in New Orleans. I am safe and dry at Perilloux Place, but no phone or internet. Am writing this from the Secreatary of State's office in Baton Rouge where they were kind enough to lend me their internet for an hour. Hope to get back online in a few weeks.

This is an instance, for me at least, when color adds a lot to an image. I like this one much better than the black-and-white shot. There is more depth here and even without your words the color and the quality of light allow the viewer to draw early morning or early evening from the image. Nice work.
