It's amazing to me someone would take it personally and become angry when it is suggested that the United States acts like a bully. The response is usually one of boasting, pride and a reveling in the fact that America can kick around the rest of the world to get what it wants. History 101 will show you that the prosperity of one set of people will be at the expense of another set of people. And quite frankly, the security, comfort and prosperity you enjoy depends on that type of conduct. History. To further explore this idea, reading the book by John Perkins, Confessions of an Economic Hit Man is a good place to start.
That being said, this piece is actually about a group of soldiers that were caught urinating on a enemy corpse. If you condone this type of behavior than by all means, you may feel slighted. But if you find this type of behavior reprehensible, as I do, then I ask you to reexamine this piece.
