Susquehanna State Park is in Maryland, just north of Havre de Grace. It extends along the west side of the Susquehanna River below Conowingo Dam and includes the Rock Run historic site. The site has a grist mill and some impressive stone buildings. It was once the western end of a covered bridge across the river.

This stop was part of our 2018 Turkey Day excursion. This particular visit was a bit nippy to spend too much time traipsing around the outdoors, but it might be quite fun in warmer weather.
