Excellent shot. Do you carry these photo props with you all of the time? :)
Manfred Bachmann08-Aug-2005 22:55

I think this is where the term Big Gulp was invented. Yowsa!

With 35 mm taking this shoot????
No way, I`d never try to get as closer as this to some snake!!!
Great capture!!

Skeeve is an accurate description.
Not sure I could have even taken this excellent shot.
Guest 08-Aug-2005 02:17
Ewwww! Sorry, but I'm not into snakes! Best behind glass, I think. But a great candid! :)
Mindy McNaugher08-Aug-2005 02:01
...all around her!
Mindy McNaugher08-Aug-2005 02:01
Fantastic shot! How do you find these incredible candids?! She seems almost unaware that those snakes are all around here! Her focus seems elsewhere.
Brian McAllister08-Aug-2005 01:44
Nice candid. She has no idea you were there. Mind you, she does seem occupied!
Guest 08-Aug-2005 01:23
Well, one thing I know, she's much braver than I! ;) Great catch!
Guest 08-Aug-2005 01:22
I'm not a big snake fan, in fact they skeeve me out - but nice shot and treatment.
nomadicdragon08-Aug-2005 00:05

Glendower07-Aug-2005 23:04

Oh my goodness....I wonder how she keeps up with so many. I love Gayle's comment! Charming, indeed. Good one, Pepe.
Susanne07-Aug-2005 21:51
I grew up with snakes and I think I knelt often with them in the same manner as this young lady does. She appears to be very focused and not aware of her surroundings.
Di07-Aug-2005 21:31
Looks like a Burmese and a few Ball pythons. (I used to own them!) Another stellar candid, Pepe.
Gabriele Hasslacher07-Aug-2005 20:03
Very nice image!
Robin Reid07-Aug-2005 19:42
OMG Pepe ... what a shot! Did you pet the snakes?
Gayle P. Clement07-Aug-2005 19:39
Charming young lady.
