Went to Whistler with a tour group. The driver really knows a lot of Vancouver stories and was talking full-time during our 3+ hour drive there (with several stops in between). Unfortunately I wasn't really in the mood to listen to those stories so I just turned on my ipod and let Jay Chou do the singing. SNOW, SNOW, SNOW, and more SNOW~~~~ everything was covered in snow. The driver said during the many years he's been driving he has not seen snow so thick, especially not around the city area. (lucky me?) and I found out that the suspension bridge that I wanted to check out was closed coz some huge tree fell onto it...(lucky me again?). Aside from the freezing wheather I must say I really enjoyed the view and just taking photos, the walk in the Whistler Village was also interesting (got new warm shoes XD). If I get a chance I'd love visit it again in summer time.
