More city walking today. I went to the Vancouver Art Gallery and saw an interesting collection of works from Emily Carr, a Canadian icon. There are some "First Nation" work, totem poles painting, sculpture, rugs...etc, I wish I could see the real thing... had lunch with a very friend gallery volunteer who gave me a lot of useful information on Vancouver attractions. My plan to go to Stanley Park didn't go ahead coz it was getting too cold to walk there. I returned to the hotel to warm up, then had Thai for dinner (yummy beef fried rice, service was super-quick!!) and later watched the new bond movie at Paramount Theatre. (the ball-hitting torturing scene really got to me... awwww, that was some serious bond action, funny thing is I also found the romantic element a little too over...)
