From the archives.
Mt. Hood, as viewed from the airplane.
We saw all sides this landmark during our travels through Oregon.

Yesterday I spent a great day on the water with many friends from the Yacht Club.
Several boats went to South Haven and then on to Saugetuck and back home.
It was a great day and for the first time in I can't remember, I didn't bring a camera.
In a way it was kind of nice enjoying the day not looking into a viewfinder!

This was taken through the window of the airplane. THose are plastic windows with a lot of curved surfaces and not real color blanced glass. I did a lot of PhotoShop adjustments, on this image, Levels, Curves, Shawdows/Highlites, Contrast, Hue , Saturation and Unsharp mask. The original photo is quite blaahhh.

Great shot of Mt. Hood. Aren't the Northwest mountains great? We live not far from Mt. Baker. I notice that Mt. Hood is also low on snow. It's hard to believe that in this rainy area we are experiencing a droubt but we are. I like your composition here.
