We have seen the survey of the lot at 494 Upton Drive and the house plans that Amy and Ken Zimmerman wish to building there. We realize that to meet the zoning requirements of the R1-C zoning district they are required to obtain a variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals. By signing this petition we agree that building the house as designed and positioned on the lot will not detract from the neighborhood or place any undue hardship on us. We would encourage you to grant the variance.
