This house is similar to the one we want to build on our
lot just down the street. Our lot is not as wide as this
one and the hill that runs from front to back is more
pronounced on our end of the street. Figuring out how
to blend the existing conditions and contours of the
property with our plans for the house are what the architect
gets paid the big bucks for!
