What you don't see is the layer of melted cheese underneath.
I had some leftover Creaser salad from the other night and only a couple shrimp,
While I pan fired the shrimp in a little olive oil, butter and garlic,
I melted some 3 cheese Mexican on a soft taco in the microwave
and tossed the salad and shrimp on top and sprinkled with parmesan cheese,
You might call it an International Taco.
Not bad, cheap too.
