Anchorage Skijoring, 13 February, 2011

Skijoring dogs are as crazy about this sport as other dogs are about ducks, or frisbees, or chasing a tennis ball. This race was held at Anchorage's Kincaid Park, a former Nike missile base converted to world-class cross country ski venue. Temperature was chilly, around 10 F., and an Arctic wind was blowing.
