Bosnian in Miletici

Miletici, Bosnia

Miletici, if I remember right, was inhabited by about 18 people, nearly all of them elderly. Bosnian Muslims and Croats lived peacefully together, and until the gang from Zenica showed, the war had not touched them.

There was an interesting, through anecdote from sixties..Teacher asked,in the school, children who can tell us who were Chetniks and Ustashe in WW II.One boy said I can.Chetniks killed the whole family of my mother, they were criminals. And who were Ustashe, asked teacher?Ustashe were my"Babo,Dedo,Amidza,Daidza"..Those words are Muslim words in Bosnia for"Dady,Grandfather,Uncle, and mothers brother-Uncle".
