Six months ago I was told I'd had a heart attack, that my heart was damaged and the pumping capacity was diminished. The shadow on my soul from guilt for having abused my heart was unbearable. I resolved to start living right. One thing I learned is the value of eating fish from cold water. Healthy oils for the heart. And Kotzebue's salmon are among the healthiest. By the end of the fishing season my fridge was filled with salmon fillets. Then they told me I hadn't had a heart attack after all, that my heart was healthy....but I'm still eating tons of salmon!
