Early carbon fiber bike

This midget special uses carbon fiber tubes, an early application of the material in bikes. I'd be curious to know how it compared in weight to the steel bikes. Does this bike still exist?

other sizes: small medium original auto

Either that or somebody machined that one. Once at a McDonalds in Albany Oregon I saw a BMX bike on a bike rack on a car and every single part was manufactured by the kid's dad. Probably the world's most expensive BMX bike ever, except I have a hunch the dad did the work while on the company clock.

Check out the paired spoke pattern. Proof there is nothing new.
